How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be kept on file for more than 60 days.

We do not sell, trade, disclose, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personal data. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our service, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our's or other's rights, property, or safety. Additionally, we will abide by any legal requirements to disclose personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements. No data collected by CERVIS will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.

Children's Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

CERVIS and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF
CERVIS Technologies, Inc. complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF and to the rights of EU and UK individuals as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the European Economic Area to the United States. CERVIS has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the DPF Principles. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the DPF Principles, the DPF Principles shall govern. CERVIS' participation in the DPF applies to all non-HR personal data (we do not collect HR related personal data) that is subject to the CERVIS Privacy Policy and is received from the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the European Economic Area. CERVIS will comply with the DPF Principles in respect of such personal data.
Former, current, or prospective volunteer contacts have the right to exercise choice (opt-out) from our use of their EU or UK Personal Data for volunteer notification purposes. To exercise this right, please follow the instructions in any direct message you may have received (e.g., click the provided opt-out link in the email message or send us an email or postal mail request to opt-out in accordance the instructions provided in the direct message). We do not otherwise use or disclose EU or UK Personal Data in a manner that is subject to choice requirements under the Framework because we do not provide EU or UK Personal Data to third parties other than those acting as our agent to perform tasks on our behalf.
On your request, we will grant you reasonable access to your Personal Information that we hold, as well as such other related rights as are provided by applicable law. In addition, we will take reasonable steps to permit you to correct, amend or delete your Personal Information that you demonstrate to be inaccurate or incomplete. CERVIS' accountability for personal data that it receives under the DPF and subsequently transfers to a third party is described in the DPF Principles. In particular, CERVIS remains responsible and liable under the DPF Principles if third-party agents that it engages to process the personal data on its behalf do so in a manner inconsistent with the Principles, unless CERVIS proves that it is not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.
We encourage you to contact us directly should you have a DPF-related (or general privacy-related) complaint. For any complaints that cannot be resolved with CERVIS directly, CERVIS commits (in compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF) to cooperate and comply with the advice of the panel established by the EU data protection authorities (DPAs) and the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO)) with regard to unresolved complaints concerning our handling of personal data received in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF. Please contact us to be directed to the relevant DPA / ICO contacts. As further explained in the DPF Principles, a binding arbitration option will also be made available to you in order to address residual complaints not resolved by any other means. CERVIS is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
